Dance Class

A look of excitement spread across my face when Madame Dabney announced we were dancing for C and A today. I knew it wouldn't be contemporary since this was more for etiquette, but any dancing suits my fancy. "Today," she announced. "We will be doing the tango." I looked over at Lex with my now red, hot face when I realized we had to have a dancing partner. Madame Dabney told us to find a partner of the opposite gender, which was especially easy for Lexi, who had guys at her every call.

I smiled at the swarm of boys and then looked at Dylan. He was a hot blond that ive grown up with all my life. When we we were little we rolled around in mud so our mothers made us take bathes together. Then he next thing I knew we were accepted to the GA and our friendship was starting to fall apart. Madame Dabneymad the boys change into tuxs and the girls in to red dresses.

OOF: mine looked like this

I looked at Lex and glanced at what she was staring at. I saw Dylan, the boy she barely kept up with nowadays. Some guys did ask me to dance, but I saw Joe across the room. A lot of girls were drooling around him, but I was the one who stared at him with a complexed look from across the room.

OOF: Awesome dress. Lemme find one real quick...

OOF: Found one!

I saw Marce in a very pretty red dress, looking at me. I smiled and gently pushed my way past the small crowd of girls. When I ended up in front of Marce, I bowed and extended my hand as I asked, "May I have this dance?"

I smiled at Marce and Joseph as I took Dylans' hand.

I nodded and smiled as I took his hand. I saw Lex with Dylan and I raised my eyebrows repeatedly, but in a way Dylan didn't see it. When everyone had a partner, Madame Dabney turned the music to a lively, fast tango/salsa genre.

I took Lexis hand and we started to tango. After a little wile I spoke up."You know, your not that bad of a dancer" I said

"You should know, we were old dance partners" I said as he spun me

I smiled to myself "what do you say we pick up where we left off" I said soothingly

OOF: AWWWWW!

Near the middle of song as I did a natural tango close, I bumped it up as I dipped Marce back, and when I brought her back up, I kept her close to me. "We should do this more often..." I whispered to her.

I smiled. "Yes we should." I whispered back softly into his ear.

OOF: AWWWW!!!

IF: I look at Dylan as I showed no expression on my face."you mean back to that annoying time when we would fight all the time?" I ask

"Before The Gallagher Academy. When we were actually together" I spun lexi again

"I think I would like that Dylan" I smiled at him

I diped her as the song ended and we kissed. I smiled at lexi as I brought her back up, she smiled back at me.

I looked over to Fall and smiled

I looked at Lexi and Dylan and smiled, then turned back to Marce. I noticed we were still slightly dancing even the music ended. I leaned over to kiss her cheek, not wanting to do something wrong.

I noticed him getting closer and my heart thumped. Being the mischievous girl I am (true, right? ), at the last second, I turned my head so he missed my cheek, but perfectly targeted my lips.

I was surprised at first, then kissed her back happily as I held her tight. When we broke away, I said quietly, "Marce, I need to tell you something..." My face became flushed.


"I like you. More than a friend."

OOf: there we go!

OOF: 1. Lexi... 2. AWWWW!

IF: I grinned. "I like you too!"

I smiled widely and hugged her tightly. "Love you, Marce."
